Oh yah... So I moved to Massachusetts got a new job and got a new apartment. I am a tech support agent for webex.com.

tech support causes attention deficit disorder

I work an email que, a live chat que, and a phone que all simultaneously.

Basically I feel like it is setting me up for some kind of shizoid disorder.

my minutes are quantized between searching for user info on internal websites, replying to email, replying to chat, and talking to customers, and sometimes doing all three at once.

the money is better, but I don't seem to be saving any. I drive alot more and eat out lots more (pick up more bills when eating out).
