Is this Steve's place? Looks heavenly. I'm so happy you took the risk for this trip. I admire that in you. Jay and I were talking about you the other night and he referenced a conversation that he and Tim Durbin had about you, in which Tim said, "RJ? That kid has wheels on his ass!" It was the first time I had ever heard that expression, but I think it fits. All my love to you and the family. You're the best little privileged American I know! XOXOXOXO
