Peter Freeman. I never knew him growing up in central Maine but I had heard of him. Been meaning to make it down to his store that has been getting some good press since hearing about it from Meghan Meyers (Solon Maine) a few months back. Best of luck Mr. Freeman! Sounds like you are cooking up some great treats across the river... One of his concoctions (Maple Egg-Cream) just ended up in the best seasonal drinks section of TimeOut New York. Congrats Peter!
